Because every item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering (and if you're unsure, reach out; we're happy to help you choose).

That said, we stand behind our quality completely. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund it — no hassle.

To start a claim, email sunshine.pbpb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund
