Every DotingStudio item is made to order — printed just for you when you place your order. Because we don't keep pre-made stock, please allow a little production time before your order ships.

• Production time: 2–5 business days to create your item.
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days after production.
• Estimated total: roughly 5–12 business days from order to doorstep.
• Shipping cost: Free on every order
• Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way home.
• Where we ship: United States / Canada / New Zealand/ Australia 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute packages once they've shipped. If your tracking hasn't updated or something looks off, email sunshine.pbpb@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or holidays.
